PASK ROY'S HILL SAUVIGNON BLANC 14

Palate: Tangy fruits, passionfruit and limes meld together. Crisp acidity in the backbone of this wine, which is great drinking now and will develop in the bottle for a few years ahead.

The fruit was sources from their Gimblett Road vineyards. A combination of an early and a late pick, which blends fresh herbaceous characters with fuller, riper tropical flavours. Cool stainless steel fermentation with aromatic yeast produces this fresh, lively style.

Alcohol 12.2%
