JEAN MARC BROCARD CHABLIS VAUCOUPIN PREMIER CRU 2014

Located around the village of Chichée, these vines are protected from climatic hazards thanks to their position.  The terroir is made of complex Kimmeridgian soil which confers a powerful minerality yet is delicate on the palate. The nose is generous with a beautiful aromatic richness.  Fruity, floral and honey aromas make this 1er Cru a powerful and elegant wine. Fish, seafood and shellfish, grilled or in a cream sauce. Poultry and white meat, grilled or in a cream sauce.
